Essential Information
Frequently Asked Questions

When is the best time to visit?
Kenya offers excellent wildlife viewing year-round. The Great Migration in the Maasai Mara typically peaks from July to October. January to March is ideal for birding and spotting baby animals. Our team can match you to the right season for your preferred experiences.
Do I need a Visa?
Most visitors require an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to enter Kenya. We recommend applying at least two weeks before departure, and we can guide you through the process when you book.
How do I make a booking?
Simply get in touch via WhatsApp, email, or the contact form on our website. We will discuss your dates, group size, and preferred destinations, then prepare a tailored itinerary and quote for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (Stanbic Bank) and M-Pesa. Full payment details are provided at the time of booking confirmation.
How many people can fit in one safari vehicle?
Our Land Cruiser 79 Series vehicles comfortably seat up to 7 passengers, with a pop-up roof for game viewing. Seating configurations can be discussed depending on your group size.
What's included and excluded?
Packages include luxury accommodation, all meals, daily game drives, park entry fees, bottled water, and professional English-speaking guides. Exclusions typically cover international flights, visa fees, alcoholic beverages (unless specified), gratuities, and personal expenses.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. We provide reliable airport transfers to and from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) and Wilson Airport, as well as transfers to safari destinations across Kenya.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation terms are outlined in our Terms & Conditions page. We recommend reviewing these before booking. For specific queries, contact us directly and we will be happy to assist.
Do I need travel insurance?
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and baggage loss. Traveling without adequate insurance is at your own risk.
Do you offer private / solo safari vehicles?
Yes. We offer both shared and private vehicle options. A private vehicle gives you full flexibility on game drive timing, routes, and pace — ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking exclusivity.
Are there age restrictions?
Most safaris are family-friendly, but some activities — such as walking safaris, cultural visits, or certain game drives — carry minimum age recommendations (usually 8–12 years). We tailor itineraries to include child-appropriate lodges and activities upon request.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak season (July–October for the Great Migration) sells out early. We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance to secure your preferred accommodation and dates. Last-minute bookings are possible but subject to availability.
Can you arrange domestic flights or airstrip transfers?
Yes. We coordinate domestic light aircraft transfers between major parks and reserves, including Wilson Airport routes. Most flights have a strict 15kg baggage limit per person, and check-in is required 45–60 minutes before departure.
